Return & Exchange Policy

At TBH , we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. Each piece is carefully designed to offer a refined experience. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process.


Elegibility for Return or Exchange

To maintain the integrity of our offerings, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The product was not part of a Final Sale or Special Collection

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange in cases of:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Receipt of an incorrect product

All exchanges are subject to availability. In the event your desired size or style is unavailable, our team will offer alternatives or credit.


Returns & Refunds

We offer:

  • Store Credit, valid for 6 months
  • Or a Refund to the original mode of payment, in select cases such as manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors

Please allow 5–7 business days post pickup for processing refunds.


Return Pickups

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partners
  • In non-serviceable pin codes, we may request self-shipment to our returns facility
  • Return shipping is complimentary in case of defects or errors
  • For exchanges or size-based returns, a nominal reverse logistics charge may apply

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Visit the My Orders section
  3. Click Request Return / Exchange and fill in the form

Our Client Care team will respond within 24 to 48 hours.


Exceptions

  • Items marked Final Sale, Personalized, are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Products altered or customised upon request cannot be returned
